The Lymington Clinic

The Wessex Clinic at 21 New Street is a beautifully restored Victorian building with large treatment rooms, light, warm and airy, with a very comfortable and welcoming reception area.

The Wessex Clinic is easy to find next to the St Barbe’s Museum, and has plentiful parking with a public carpark behind.

Eva offers a monthly Trichology Clinic at the Wessex Clinic usually on a Friday, that can manage any kind of hair or scalp concern, the first step is always an accurate diagnosis of the condition, followed up with informed choices about options to treat, manage, cosmetically cover or surgical interventions, and the choice is always down to the individual patient and their own circumstances and preferences

All consultations are carried out by Eva and are strictly confidential. Female appointments typically last between 45 minutes and one hour, while male appointments are approximately 30 minutes. During this time, all relevant aspects of health, diet, lifestyle, family history, and hair care routine will be discussed, along with a comprehensive examination. This includes the use of a specialist scalp camera (Tricoscope) to support an accurate diagnosis and a personalised treatment plan, with referral to a GP if required. Eva may also recommend additional blood tests to complete the assessment. She can arrange these tests and will provide a detailed analysis and guidance once the results are received. Everything will be fully explained during the consultation, with time allocated to answer all questions. Relevant fact sheets and consultation notes will be provided. Clients are welcome to follow up with any additional questions by email after their appointment.
